Childville stars⭐ ✨ excelling as always!!! At Code Lagos Hackathon.
The Code Lagos Hackathon is a programming competition designed to encourage pupils to solve everyday problems with technology. Over 200 schools participated in the
coding competition from the 6 districts. The top 18 schools were then selected for the final competition which took place at the Landmark Event Centre on 1st November 2018.
Among the top schools was The Childville.
Our students built an App to bridge the gap between the rich and poor in terms of getting medical care, called Care Kit. The app also consists of an expert system that will allow users speak to a specialist at any time.
This incredible solution made Childville Schools
stand out and we made it to the final six. We were the only private school that made it. After the final pitch, The Childville Schools emerged 2nd runner up in the Code Lagos Hackathon coding competition.
