THE CHILDVILLE SENIOR

Dear Prospective Parent,

Welcome to The Childville Senior where we celebrate excellence in all that we do!

Mrs. Olugbeminiyi Modupe-Ore Smith founded the Childville Nursery and Primary School Yaba, in October 1981. The success of the Yaba branch resulted in the Ogudu branch being established on the 21st of September 1992. Since its foundation Childville has grown steadily, continually improving its facilities to enhance teaching and learning. Childville Schools have enjoyed twenty-seven years of educational and academic success with our graduates being accepted onto the top secondary schools in Nigeria. This naturally led to the opening of Childville Senior in September 2008. Mrs. Smith’s vision for The Childville Senior continues to grow with future plans for a boarding house on our premises in Ogudu along with first class educational facilities.

Our curriculum follows that of C.I.E (Cambridge International Examinations) allowing all pupils who attend our school to have a truly international qualification by the time they leave having completed the IGCSE (International General Certificate of Secondary Education). This allows all our graduates to make use of opportunities to study further both locally and abroad. We have an array of extra curricular activities at the school which cover sporting and cultural aspects as we firmly believe in an holistic education experience for each pupil in which we educate them body, mind and soul. Our entrance exams take place in the first half of each year and these are advertised in all local newspapers closer to the time

We trust that you will consider The Childville Senior for your child’s Secondary School career.
