ADMISSION PROCEDURE
Childville Schools are open to all children between ages 2 and 16+ irrespective of tribe, colour or creed.
Application forms and prospectus can be obtained from the school’s administrative office for a fee.
Completed forms should be returned with all the following documents
- 2 passport-size photographs
- birth certificate (photocopy)
- last school report
- a certified medical report
Primary
A qualifying test may be given to the child to determine their proper placement.
The child will undergo both written and oral tests of subjects offered in the class in which admission is sought.
Secondary
All prospective pupils must write an entrance exam for entrance into the Childville Senior.
Once the exam has been passed, parents will be notified and a deposit of N100,000 must be paid to secure the child's position at the school (which is deducted from the first term fees total).
- Payment of fees follows the successful performance of the child.
- All fees paid are non-refundable
- Parents should note that school management reserves the right to refuse admission to any child.
SCHOOL FEES AND METHOD OF PAYMENT
Fees are payable during the holiday or before the first week of the new term. Fees are paid to the school’s bursar with certified cheque or bank draft for which an official receipt will be issued.
Children whose fees have not been cleared by the second week of resumption will be asked to stay at home and be barred from classes.
While management is always mindful of keeping fees at an affordable level, parents are please to note that fees are subject to alteration whenever this option is considered unavoidable.
